Does anyone know why eBay doesn't allow things being sold in the mature categories to be sold with "buy it now" or in the new eBay stores?

It is my understanding that eBay decided not to offer BIN in the Adult categories because of the higher probability of illegal or inappropriate listings that it might (help?)produce.

People listing and shopping within the adult categories would have a minimum of 3 days (the shortest length of time for an auction to run) to form a transaction... this also allows time for illegal or inappropriate items to be found and removed from the site, before community members are "obligated" to complete such (inappropriate/illegal) trades.
