I just dashed off an e-mail to Billpoint help but was wondering if any of you have had the same problem OR are having the same problem.
As a business I'm required to collect sales tax for all goods delivered to my home state of NJ. When I set up instant payment I selected NJ as the only state to add the 6% tax on. Also, I set up an invoice the same way as the buyer hadn't sent me their shipping address yet.
Both buyers paid by Billpoint and BOTH were charged 6% tax even though they are not located in NJ nor is the item shipping there.
