Hi guys. I was doing some research on something the other day but I can't remember what it was now when I ran across a company called CommerceFlow. They have a license agreement with eBay as well as SquareTrade, PayPal, Stamps.com among others to use their channel management services.
I assume this means they are licensed to use eBay's API but I'm still a bit confused by this because I can't find any info concerning fees for the individual or business user for CommerceFlow's auction software - CommerceFlow Enterprise or CommerceFlow Merchant.
I did a search on eBay for CommerceFlow and found almost 3000 auctions using their software and some were very small sellers, not just busnesses. I know registration is required in order to use their product but does anyone know if there's a fee?
There just has to be a catch somewhere. I would be interested in finding out more about this company. Does anyone on AW use it or know anything about CommerceFlow?

Thanks for the info saljo63. Are you using CommerceFlow's software for your auctions? It appears to have all of the tools necessary for listing an auction so FREE is a great deal. I'm going to check it out to see if it's feasible for a small seller to use. I noticed that CommerceFlow supports eBay, Yahoo and Amazon. Unless I'm missing something, this software looks COOL.
Of course, I KNOW it can't be free forever because I don't see any way for this company to make money without charging a subscription fee.

Hi tomwiii. Well, if you can't figure it out I'm sure I'm DOOMED. LOL It does appear to have some neat tools though.

Can you tell me how to do a search on E-bay to see which auction management services are being used? How did you do that?

I occasionally use them. I had all the same questions you did- they sure don't make an effort to spell out their fee structure, do they?
The tools work fine, but if you write your own HTML, it is much more of a pain to do it through commerceflow. As I don't like their available templates too well, I find that pretty aggravating. But everything else about them is pretty cool.

Hi JG. Use eBay's Smart Search and type in the words commerceflow and be sure to check the box to search description as well as title.
CAgirl, I haven't looked at their templates yet but thanks for the heads-up. Is the software still totally free at this time?
