I received this vase from the estate of a relative. I know nothing about it, other than it is clear, and has no markings.

Can anyone tell me something about it?

It's art glass. That is all I can tell you about it. Anyone else?

It appears to be a "swung" vase. One in which the glassblower swung the blob of molten glass on the pipe, around in a circle to elongate the piece.
As to maker, and age, I can't say without hands-on, close-up. Some books I can recommend in your library are by Albert Christian Revi. They might help.
