Dang, ya beat me to it!
Sorry I don't know who she is, but that looks like a mighty fine children's resale shop in the background!

Thanks to those who posted her picture.
The little 'buttoms' in her hand have something to do with her walking and talking...don't know HOW thought.
Perhaps someone will know her name
Thanks

I remember that doll, but not her name. She came with a yellow stroller, & the thing on her hand hooked to the back of the stroller so that she walked behind the stroller when it was pushed by a child. It made a large amount of noise, b/c with each push of the stroller there was a clacking sound as she walked b/c of the mechanism on the back of the stroller that moved back & forth to move the doll. It was in the very early 80's when I had mine. My mother threw the stroller away & told me I must have lost it, the noise was THAT annoying. Mine had blond hair, but it is the same doll. Most dolls come with a choice of hair color.

I do not know the name of the doll but I am gonna guess if her batteries were good and you put a finger on each of the "buttons" on her hand she would talk or sing. We have newer dolls at home with similar buttons that when held sing "Ring Around The Rosie and a giddyup song!
Good luck!
