There is a seller who has been known to list one of a kind items on both eBay and another auction site. She sells to the higher bidder, and tells the other one some story about why she can't sell. She has been booted off the other site twice for this, but eBay can't ever seem to catch up with her until after the items in question end. She has a new id on the other site, and is at it again. I just found the same item listed in both places with the same text and the same picture. So do I turn her in again, or would it be more fun to win both auctions and threaten her if she doesn't sell to both parties?

Bid on both lots and win them. Then, decline to complete the transactions since she fails to deliver on both.

If she does have two, she still has some 'splainin' to do, because both auctions say that this was the only one like it made.
