Just remove the logo. I have logos and POSITIVE descriptions about all the other services...and, in very tiny non-bolded script, say "PayPal also accepted" -- In my eoa emails I really BURY that sucker!
I think NEGATIVES can be a real TURN-OFF for many bidders...JMHO

Hi Tom. I hear what you're saying - I personally dislike all the negatives in auctions, too. My TOS is short and concise, so adding this gif would be a change for me. Perhaps you are right - I think I am just angry about the latest increase and I need to calm down. LOL!

I'm still trying to figure out why I qualify for the 'merchant' rates since I do only about $200.00 in transactions each month, if that. Maybe its the length of time I've been with them.
Anyhow, I would suggest no mention of paypal at all in your TOS or EOA mail. That has worked well for me and if they want to use paypal, they ask anyway. If they just send the payment, they get a reply either asking them to use a alternate payment method or giving them the email address I accpet paypal at.
My favorites are the ones who email asking if I accept paypal, I'm not home to answer the email right away, and they are so impatient that by the time I see the email, they've figured out how to pay with billpoint.
By the way, I've been doing this for a long while now and never a negative or threat of one, just a few slow payers.

I get turned off by negative, buyer-unfriendly TOS. I don't get turned off when people simply state their PERFECTLY rational, ENTIRELY deserved positions on horrible services. If you keep silent, you're protecting the guilty.
