I finally got paid today. I had been working on it for over a year. They chipped a $200 porcelain doll in shipping. I had to appeal it 3 times. I just wanted people to know if they get rejected, to keep appealing it.

Good for you! This gives me some hope. I've been trying to get a claim paid since January and still haven't heard a thing. My claim was for a lost package.

I think the first time they rejected it, it took quite awhile to hear from them. You may want to check with your local PO and have them check on the claim for you.
