Auction ended 6/4. Winning bidder had 0 feedback. Had 3 promises to pay with no follow through.

Filed NPB and received another promise 12 days ago.

Filed FVF and left neg on Wedn. Winning bidder now has -1 feedback.

Today I receive the payment, a check.

Should I send the payment back or keep the check, wait until it clears and send item?

If I send the item, is there any way to respond to the neg I left them?

If the sale was good, keep the check and wait for it to clear. As the saying goes: a bird in hand....

You can post a follow-up comment to the neg you left, saying you finally got payment. I don't know if you can do it w/o having to wait for the bidder to reply to the comment, or if a reply has to be there first.

edited to add:

You will have to fill the NPB warning removal form, because the bidder did pay, after all.
