I am trying to revise some auctions with listing errors I made through Ebay before they get the first bid. I seem to get script error on all of them. Tried yesterday and today and still no go. This is what I get:
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes and then I have to keep reload/retry and I get Input error sometimes and go back .....so I try to answer no and the same happens. I have answered "yes" to cont. running scripts....and "No" and both don't help. As I recall I have been seeing this script error a lot over the last few weeks other places beside Ebay maybe but always managed to get where I need to until now which is why I need help fixing it.Thankyou. I will check for answer later.

I've been having the exact same error with relisting. I contacted support and they simply told me to update my browser but I have the most recent Internet Explorer 5.0. What is strange is I have 2 ebay accounts. One account relists with no problem but the 2nd account has the script error. I use the same browser for both accounts.I noticed the problem started when ebay started automatically inserting the Billpoint logo and instant payment. The account with the script error also has the Billpoint instant pay logo. Ebay must be inserting some type of script incompatible with Internet Explorer. Netscape works fine but I use ebud and it needs Internet Explorer. I also tried the Opera browser but it is even worse as it misses data fields when relisting.

I disactivated all java scripts and settings in Internet Explorer Tools>options>Security.I was able to relist 1 auction using the account with the script error then I got an error message that I needed java script 1.1. The best solution seems to be just use the netscape browser.
