I swear that both eBay and Paypal use an Elisha program to answer email questions; i.e., pick out certain keywords and send a (possibly) appropriate pre-programmed response!
Can anyone tell me if Paypal has a phone number where I can call and talk to a human being? It seems to me that the so-called premier accounts were supposed to have access to a human being, but maybe I just imagined that?
