I have had my store open for a little over a week. I just made my first sale last night. Needless to say I was thrilled. I think it will take at least a month for it to catch on, especially since this is the 4th of July. Good luck if you open one. Margie

No sales yet with 27 items listed. It's easy enough to use, but I think since eBay has so far insisted on keeping the search for auctions and stores separate, I don't think there's much chance of it being successful at this point. After all, how many buyers are going to bypass the home page search and category search, get a list of items they want and say to themselves, wait a minute, I'd better do a separate search on eBay stores just in case there's a better deal there? I don't think so.

outside search engines cannot access ebay auction.
may be ebay stores will be open to outside search engines such as lycos,google etc!!
it makes no sense to have a nice shop on ebay and not accessible for these major search engines.
