My bidder won on June 17th and it took her 3 days to reply to my EOA. She said she would send a MO that day, needless to say I have not received it. I sent her the ebay payment reminder on the 28th, and my own reminder on the 30th. I'm a very very small seller, and I've never had such a straggler.

I know from reading these boards that this isn't that bad. (However my TOS states that payments must be received in 7 business days) When I should file a NPB Alert? Am I jumping the gun here?

File it and get your FVF. Sounds like a deadbeat. If she didn't respond to three EOA's, you probably won't see that money...

I give them 30 days before I file ...if they have responded 10 days if no response...

I would wait untill at least Tuesday. Some people only have access at work. Then if no response file a NPB. That would also act as a third reminder.
