Amazing........I just looked back through our sales and found a NPB that is currently
-6 on ebay and still registered!

2 neutral
8 negatives

Gee, he must have slipped through the cracks.......

The reason for this is simple, everyone leaves a neg but does not file an NPB and FVF.

eBay will NARU him *if* someone notifies them. Getting the boot for too many negs isn't automatic like the NPB process is.
