I have an important item valued in the hundreds that I've been waiting of r a while too sell. Would finally putting it up for auction today or tomorrow be a bad move due to the 4th of July?

It all depends on how unique it is. If it is something quite unusual, you'll get bidders. In my area it is supposed to rain on the 4th, so I'm sure there will be eyes on eBay.

Personally, I would list it on Thursday or Sunday.
