I just learned something that some of you may be aware of but I sure didn't. Maybe some others will want to know this.

I had a high bidder that had an invalid email address and he never contacted me or sent payment. I reported it to eBay and they NARUed him. This was 3 months ago and I thought I had better give negative feedback before it's too late. But when I tried, it says that feedback can not be entered for a "Not a Registered User".

So if or when this person's suspension is over, it will probably be too late to leave the negative. So I guess if you are going to get someone NARUed, you better neg them first.
