Got epier's inaugural newsletter in my inbox tonight, and this jumepd out at me:
"Our freedom will never be lost to corporate interests. We work to serve our great community, not faceless shareholders who are trying to pull $3,000,000,000 dollars of your money within 4 years...."
So epier is saying it will never go public! Well if it doesn't go belly up, this'll be interesting to watch.
Let's archive this statement for future reference.

How long has the ePier site been up and running? I thought it had been around for a while and am surprised that you received an "inaugural" newsletter. Or is it just the newsletter that is new?
Anyway, I really like that site and wish them well. Have listed a few things there and have sold 2 already, so time will tell!
I hope they never have to go public, either! They have my full support on that one!

Epier has been running for a few weeks, at least. It's the email newsletter that's "inaugural." You'll probably get it in the next few hours. It talks about the "crazy daze" auction listings coming up -- where the sellers will list things at well under "normal starting prices." LOL

For what it's worth, I've purchased a few things on epier and had no problems with the transactions. I am also thinking about listing a few items on epier to see how it goes. I listed awhile back on Yahoo, but it was super slow and I didn't think listing there was even worth my time.
