I have been an E-Bay seller/buyer for 4 years...but I only have WEBTV.
I have finally gotten fed up with its limitations and have decided to get a computer and digital camera.
Could anyone please recommend the easiest one to use as I am Not a "Whiz" at using either?
Thank you for your input!

Well, the absolute easiest computer to use is one that a friend (relative, neighbor, etc) will help you with. In other words, if you have a friend who prefers, already owns, or works for, a certain brand of computer, that's a strong reason to get that kind. Personal attention is the best way to go if you can get it!
Related to that, if you have a local shop that you trust (perhaps by knowing others who have bought there with good luck) that is a good way to go in your situation, since they can provide handholding as needed.
After that, probably a name-brand computer, that often comes with manuals, web sites, color-coded cables, etc. Check out HP, gateway, dell, and IBM.
Other tips for "easy" - don't buy the "bestest, fastest" model you can, since those often use new, leading edge parts that may have more quirks. Stick to mid-range models with components that generally work well together. (Avoid low-end models that may have cheapo components, or may become stressed performance-wise in a short period of time). Coming from a webTV, this should be fine for your needs.
After that, look for as much "USB" peripherals (camera, scanners, printers, mouse, etc) as you can. USB is a technology that is very easy to use on multiple pieces of hardware.
Of course, I'm ignoring Apple computers, mostly because I don't know much about them. They have the reputation for being easy to use; perhaps others can comment on them as well.

We have a gateway, it's 3 years old now and we have never had a problem.
If you don't know much about computers, these are great, they come preloaded with everything you need (windows, software, help), plug it is and you are ready to go.
I have a older Sony Maciva digital camera with a macro zoom. It's great because it takes regular floppy disks as "film".

I have a Hewlett Packard Computer that has been great. I like them because my first computer fron them broke down 12 days after the warranty expired and they extended my warranty and sent me a new one free.
I use the Sony Mavica FD-73 Camera and they don't come any easier to use and the photos are great.
I also used webtv for 2 years before buying a computer. You will be amazed how much faster and easier it is to sell on eBay with a computer. I would recomend keeping your webtv online for a month or 2 to give yourself a little time to get the hang of the computer. Good Luck.

Im on my second Gateway and very satisfied. the reason I'm on my second was to upgrade- kids got the old one.
If you have a Gateway store near-by, they generally offer free classes if you purchase a PC.
I also recommend the Sony Camera that uses floppies as "film". If you have a graphics application already installed on your PC, all you do is take pictures and plop the floppy into the floppy drive and you're in business. I have a Sony Mavica FD73 and it works very well. I was even able to take pictures of the Moon through my telescope with it- and got some decent shots- wouldn't even try it with a regular camera.
Having USB ports for connecting printers, scanners etc., seems to work with less glitches than the other types of connections and appears to be the trend.
If you can spec your own PC out, you may get by cheaper at a build your own store, but just getting an inferior graphics or sound package can ruin your day. Gateway has always used top of the line cards with my purchases and they serve me well.
Gateway is also using new software called "Go Back". If your PC OS screws up, you just hit the go back button and you can choose from previous configuration dates to re-boot your computer. I've had to use it once and it was a god-send.
