For what ever reason I have the worst problem of Billpoint never notifing me when an Auction is paid for.I E-Mailed a Tech at E-Bay and they fixed it once, now I have the same problem again.Unless I check my Billpoint account several times a day or the customer lets me know they have paid for an item,I never know.Has anyone else had this problem or am I just a lucky one.

I have had the same problems. The last one had a payment sent on 6/16. I received no notification nor did it show up on my statement. On 7/1/01, I was able to discover that the payment cleared on 6/26 but never appeared on my statement until I called Billpoint. This makes me look like a flaky seller.
Billpoint is now on my DON'T USE list. I keep trying to promote PayDirect, but there are access problems there as well.

You're not the only one. I've always relied on getting notifcation from Billpoint until recently. The buyer informed me she'd paid with Billpoint but I never received a notice. When I went to the Billpoint site and checked my account, there it was. That was a week ago and still no notification from Billpoint.

I put Billpoint in all my auctions for free listing day, I haven't used them for 6 months and I sorely regret it now. The deposit dates are 6 days from the date payment was made. What is the point? I can get checks and money orders faster than that in most cases. Not to mention that I can access my Paypal money right then with my debit card. I don't see any advantage to Billpoint at all and certainly will not be using it again. Heather

I've never had a payment show up in my account summary, but not get an email about it, but I check the summary every weekday anyway cuz I print all the invoices for my records...
My deposit dates were 5 or 6 days later when I first started using Billpoint in December, but since March or April, they have been the same day or the day after.

I used to be lukewarm where Billpoint was concerned although I've never had a problem with them and always receive my notices. Hell, I even got around their $500 limit by sending a 2nd invoice on one sale. Now I think I'm falling in love though. On the heels of PayPal raising my rates, Billpoint upgraded me to a merchant account with lower rates, $2000/transaction limit, higher sales limits, and next business day deposits (I hated those long waits too). Now all my weekend payments will be in my checking account Tuesday.
Sorry to hear about your problems, but at least you can get them to do something on the phone.
