What is the procedure when a buyer returns an item. I am refunding their money completely as my return policy is will refund, no questions asked, if notified within 3 days of receiving the item. I'm wondering where to go at eBay, or if I can, to get some of the fees removed from this return. Thanks.

You can get your FVF refunded by filing using the NPB process but using the "both parties have agreed not to continue" option. That way, your credit for FVF is immediate & you don't have to wait the 10 days.

Unfortunately, you are still out the listing fees.
