For Canadians which is better for eBay transactions? I plan to do a modest amount of selling - in the area of $100 to $200 a month - so I'm not talking about a Merchant or Premier account. On a casual glance I find Billpoint fairly straight forward, PayPal less so. Also is it true that PayPal offers bad exchange rates to their international users? Any advise would be great.

Billpoint definitely.
I had Paypal payments take more than a week to be deposited- in "Pending Hell" for 3 inexplicable dayse.

Billpoint is two business days always.
