Does anyone know if it is permitted to list photo's of concentration camps.

These photos are graphic in nature and depict the freeing of Treblinka.

Don't know for certain. But since your photos deal with the Holocaust, it may well be that some will be offended and complain to ebay. Then your auctions could be stopped, etc...

I've sold dozens of WWII photos, but none dealing with the Holocaust. Photos of aircraft, ships and tanks do well.

It comes under the ebay Offensive Material guidelines.

As long as a swastika is not shown, it should be okay:

"... eBay will generally remove items that bear the marks of such organizations, such as relics from the KKK or Nazi helmets.
Under this policy, eBay may in its discretion, remove items and refund listing fees when the item or description graphically portrays violence or victims of violence, and lacks substantial social, artistic or political value. For example, eBay may disallow sales of explicit crime scene photographs or morgue photos, while permitting military documentaries or photographs of war victims."
