What was the most you've ever spent at a garage sale? I have personally spent $350.00 on one garage sale alone. There was so many boxes, my children had bearly a space to sit, and I couldn't see out of the rear view mirror.

I live in a relatively poor area. I spent $60, and there was so much stuff it took 3 carloads to get it all home. I mean, there was everything in there, including Fenton glass. The owner of the sale even loaded up his car and delivered some of it for me. What a nice guy! Still don't have it all listed, and that was over a year ago. To immagine how much stuff there was, it was $1 a box.

I think the most I spent was about $80. That was back in the 1980s when $80 could get you a driveway full of original Star Wars toys and housewares.
