I received the following email from c2it. The thing that is really strange is I have NEVER had an account with them.

New Transfer Feature
You will be able to transfer money from any of your linked checking,
savings or money market accounts to any of your linked credit card or
bank accounts.
· Transfer Pricing
· 1.6% of transaction amount for each transfer from a checking or
savings account linked to the service to any of your linked credit
or bank accounts, with a minimum of $.50
New Countries Added to International Service
We're adding 34 more countries to our International service, enabling
you to send money to friends, family and business contacts in over 50
countries worldwide with c2it International! Use c2it International
for birthdays, special events, emergencies, and business needs.
New c2it Account
Your c2it membership will include a c2it Account. All c2it members
will have an individual non-interest bearing transactional account
with Citibank, F.S.B. All transactions made through the c2it
service will pass through your c2it Account. You may still conduct
transactions from one of your linked accounts, or you may keep
cash in your c2it Account where it's always ready to use for
your transactions.

· $1000 4 consecutive day limit
· Get Cash
· $1000 1 day limit
· $2000 4 consecutive day limit
· International Transaction*
· $2000 1 day limit
· $2000 4 consecutive day limit
· Transfer Funds - from one linked bank account to any other
linked account
· $1000 1 day limit
· $3000 4 consecutive day limit
· Add Cash to my c2it Account from a linked account
· $2000 1 day limit
· $2000 4 consecutive day limit
· Transfer Funds from my c2it Account to a linked account
· $1000 1 day limit
· $3000 4 consecutive day limit
· Cumulative Transaction Limits - All transactions with the
c2it service
· $2000 1 day limit
· $5000 4 consecutive day limit
*International Transaction Limits may vary for certain countries
ADDITION OF BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE
One of the amendments to your c2it Terms and Conditions is the
addition of a provision specifying that either you or we can require
that any controversy or dispute be resolved by binding arbitration.
Arbitration replaces the right to go to court, including the right to
a jury and the right to participate in a class action or similar
proceeding. Please read that provision of your c2it Terms and
Conditions carefully.

membership and your new c2it Account will be blocked. If you have any
pending transactions, need access to your transaction history, or have
any questions please call Customer Service at 1-800-200-3881. You may
log onto the service at any time prior to October 29, 2001 to accept
these new Terms & Conditions.
