the last couple of weeks have been bizarro ebay world. just about every weird thing that can happen to a seller has happened to me. dead beats-returned packages-strange request from bidders-missing then found shipments-tons of questions-request for copys of my auctions rather than buying it?-international bidders that make no sense-i could go on and on. i really am starting to think it is some kind of test.

I am with you, somehow a purse I sold to a lady in PA ended up in TX to a guy I sold a shirt to. She paid on time, I ended up refunding here since she never got the purse. I swear he never paid me, I even filed NPB alert. But, now he ends up with the purse. I sent him his shirt today, I am hoping he will send me back the purse since the lady will still buy it. Wow, it's time for a break! Lucky for me both items together cost me only about 1.50, so even if I end up refunding, it's not the end of the world.

hello
all I was saying is giving a neg. right away ,as some others told you to do is not always a good idea.
first you file the npb
then you request their phone number (sometimes the two of these things inspire the person to pay) also you may call the person and discuss your concerns.
then if they don't
file for your fee refund (this is what ebay is most interested in! when they have to refund money the deadbeat is now their enemy)
then after nothing has worked you neg them.
as far as them negging you back? that is a big problem with the current feedback system.
sorry didn't mean to upset you, just left the computer for awhile.
good luck

well you make some valid points BUT in my case it was a BIN and the weenie had won another 8 minutes after he won mine and then lied about a grandson bidding...yadda yadda yadda...si i feel he needed to feel the sting of my neg on his butt.....by the way he has yet to retaliate but he did respond to my neg by saying i harrassed his 8 yr old daughter via the phone......hehehe too damn much because his useer info was bogus, phone number and all, including a name such a Pat McCrotch.........thanks
