you guys won't believe this...
On Sunday someone bid on 2 cds of mine, winning both. I emailed them the EOA info and that was it. Today they email they are reporting me to ebay. FOR WHAT? Sending EOA notices? Ok after nutso that I've been dealing with in previous posts this was too odd - looked at this person's ebay email and she bids on SAME items as nutcase woman!!!
I think they are one in the same - trying to cause trouble for me.
How can I prove this to ebay? And I blocked them both from bidding on my stuff but worried they'll get another ebay id or have another and keep doing this. I can only imagine the horrible feedback am going to get from both of them - same person I believe.
I have ignored the other - she's called me cyberpsycho now and thief! I called ebay - she can't do a thing to me!

You just need to prove to safeharbor it's the same person. Request her user information and verify it, if any is false, you can heve her NARUED until she corrects it.

Actually They have nothing to report you to Ebay for there is a record that they bid on your auctions and there bid won Ebay policy requires you to contact the winner.

I pulled the USER ids - they match.
I reported them to ebay- although to be honest I doubt ebay will do anything to them. I blocked them both from bidding on my items but they can sign right back on as a new AOL user and do it again.
If anyone has any ideas how to protect myself from this let me know.
Meantime I am never contacting nutso bidder again re the necklace. I know she got it and is lying and refuse to have any more contact with her. Same with 2nd bidder.
