What is up with Mr. Lister? Everytime I have to edit an auction, the opening bid goes to an even number (e.g., 6.99 goes to 6) and some times it deletes the picture. What a pain in the royal behind. I thought it was improving. I am beginning to wonder if I am wasting my time.

All of my opening bids are also getting the ".99" chopped off when I edit in misterlister.

I haven't emailed the Mr. Lister support people because I thought I would just get a canned response. It happens while I am previewing my auctions before I commit them. I'll go into edit and once I do that, it changes the opening bid price.

I would email for you, but they need specifics to your computer.
They ask for:
Your eBay registered email address and User ID
The name of the software you are using to prepare the collection (for example, Mister Lister Composer)
The name of your email application (Mine is Outlook Express)
The name and version of the browser you are using (Mine is Internet Explorer 5.0)
I don't have any collections up there now to check, but I will be sending one shortly.
I have found them very helpful, or at least it helps to know about the problem, like about a month ago the photos didn't appear in the prwview, but showed up when you launched them. They knew about that, and took about a week (?) to solve it.

There have been several bugs added to the Mister Lister Reviewer at the same time support for eBay stores was added.
These include dropping off the cents when an auction is edited in the Reviewer, the 30 day auctions bug (which is still not fixed despite what the announcement board says), and certain defaults getting changed to strange things.
When you come across a bug like this, seems like the best thing to do is to post a comment in the Mister Lister Dicussion forum on eBay. Although these errors are obviously affecting many people, a lot of folks don't go to these forums to report them. I can guarantee you, eBay will not makes these issues a priority when you post the information on AuctionWatch.
Posting to eBay's own forum seems to be the best way to make your complaint known, warn other sellers, and hardest of all: get eBay to acknowledge the bug in the first place!

Hi llama_lady,
I submitted a batch and what you say is true.
I noticed the price is changed already on the edit page. My 17.99 showed as 17
If I corrected the price right there, on that first edit page you get, and then followed through normally, keep changes, return to collection etc, it seemed to hold the right corrections.
