*WHEW* !!!! I've been waiting 3 LONG days to get from a 999 to that magic 1000 for the red star. Well, I JUST got it. It's time to do the Happy Dance. HEE HAAAAAA

Congratulations from here too!! I am so happy for you. I write to all my realtives and friends when I change colors, and those who do not use online auctions, have noo idea what I am talking about but they celebrate anyway. I am half way to 1000.

Seems like that's the way it happens...You get all this feedback like every day and then as you wait for a benchmark number it takes forever!

*LOL* Yes, I'd say it does feel a LOT better. It's a minor step for some, I suppose, but ti's those little things that help set goals. Of course, only 3999 more to get to the next level. *UGH* I think I'll ignore that for awhile. I did do as one person posted awhile ago. I printed out the page to frame. 
The hubby KNEW when I got it too. He heard me in the house. *L* I better remind him, he promised me a prime rib dinner when I got it. Thanks everybody.

I also got my red star this week. But with 1,345 overall, I think I'm prouder of the 345 repeat buyers that I have, who were happy enough with their second and third transactions to continue to leave feedback.
Not Dragonfyree anywhere but here.

Congrats! My friends and family were also kept up to date when I was getting ready to hit 500. My friend asked "Are we going to have to go through this again at 1000?" Yep! She has just a little wait though.
My husband has learned that the reply to "Honey our eBay number is now ##" is .. "That's great honey!"

Hey, I just hit 1000 today too! I set a goal for myself when I started doing this that I would try for 1000 feedback with no negatives within a year. Well, I now have 1000 feedback with 0 negatives--and I did it a month short of the one-year mark! And the best part of it is that it happened on the day I'm leaving for vacation--something I haven't had since I started selling on Ebay!

Re: Repeat buyers - I hear you on that one.. I have a rating of 425, but have received 1499 total positives... 8) 72% repeat customers makes me feel REALLY satisfied, but it sure makes it hard to get to that purple star I'm dreaming about...
