I just signed up with vrane and look forward to using their tools. However, I am used to using another system that is very different. Vrane seems to be more raw than most other management systems I have looked at. Is there anyone out there that uses their system and is very familiar with it? I could really use some help and would even pay to get tutoring over the telephone!

I need to learn how to set up my emails and auction bodies, as well as processing auctions, etc. If someone has a good system down on how they utilize vrane, that would be great also.

Thanks!

We use Vrane to relist our auctions and the service is invaluable. It saves us both time and money and is well worth the premium user cost.

Computerboy

Do you use any of vrane's other features besides the relist?

I pay vrane to do relists, since it did not work most of the time I went back to manually doing it. It was faster.

Vrane looked ideal but then I noticed one couldn't change the BIN price when relisting.

Send email to the webmaster at Vrane and ask him to add that as an option to change when relisting - he's REALLY good at adding things users request.

You can now change the BIN price when relisting at vrane. The change was made within the past day or two and I have used it.

For those using the power re-lister it is important to read the email that comes after you pay for them and to remember to use your full email address as registered with ebay, not your seller id.

Yes, as someone mentioned, it is a little rough around the edges, but I still think it is a diamond (in the rough).

I have had a little problem with getting automated emails sent out. I put the shipping tag in my auction body, but when I manually sent an email, the shipping was not included. I guess automatic emails go out once a day, so maybe that one will include the shipping amount. Anyone know?

Also, is there a way to leave feedback each time you receive a payment without having to go through the data base and also the feedback feature? In other words, is there a way to do both at once? It seems like a pain to have to both go through the data base to mark an auction paid and then to have to go back and leave feedback. I assume you have two windows open, working on leaving feedback while referring to the data base. Is this how you all do this? I dont like the idea of only offering feedback once it has been left for me. My feeling is that once a customer pays for an auction, they have fulfilled their end and I like to leave feedback based on that.

After I read you can modify the BIN, I signed up.I paid online and expected the relister to work right away but it was impossible to find a submit button on the power relister page. I notice my account has been activated a couple hours later so I guess it is done manually. I now relisted some auctions with the power relister. It sure is fast compared to the hours spent relisting on ebay. More time to spend with the kids.

I posted this on another thread so may as well post this here to.
After only 1 days of use of Vrane it is not much better than Auctiva. The power lister is restricted to users from only a few select countries. The power lister screen is so poorly set up that it doesn't memorize the default settings so one has to re-input them each time making everything very prone to error. Also the instructions are super confusing for new users. The instructions say to not change anything if you want to relist exactly like the original auction. But low and behold I didn't change the default settings and it relisted all my auctions to ship to the 'US only' instead of 'international' .I had to go in manually and change them all. In addition, the relister boasts a 7 second relist delay but today it has been relisting at 65-70 seconds per auction. Ebay takes 90 seconds, so not much difference. But to top it off, the customer service is not very polite. I wrote them that when relisting the relister wasn't putting the original auction link in the auction. I asked for 2 credits. Someone replied back that if I'm not happy to close my account and they'll refund.
It is only my first day so I'm definitely not impressed.
