Have a bidder that paid "too much" for an item, recieved item and posted psitive. Next she emails to say she wasn't happy with item and wants to return...never mind about not asking questions prior to bidding and this person is not a newbie. A case of buyers remorse?? Please help

Tell her your policy is to refund if the description was in error and the item was not as described, and ask what the problem is. Maybe she'll go away.
Later you can offer to refund, less shipping both ways, if you want, but that's up to you.
