I was wondering if I should list this cereal box? It is from the 30's or 40's I think, it is missing the top and is dirty. It has Mickey Mouse cut outs on the back. Would you list it? Thanks for your input.

Well, it's worse than just missing the top and a little dirty. Sorry, but it looks trashed.
No, I wouldn't list it. I would salvage the Mickey Mouse cutouts, if they were still OK.

LIST IT!!
I think it's 40's , not 30's, but it's still rare as hell. Nobody SAVED cereal boxes.
Start at $9.95, no reserve or BIN, let the market decide.

loose...of course i can't predict the price but i have been buying and selling boxes for 4 yrs on ebay and you would be suprised at the prices and what exactly will sell...another poster made an essentialpoint, back then boxes were not saved so it is truly a rare item, condition or not...a mint box like that would bring well over 200.........i exagerate not!

I know a mint box would sell for a good amount, but this is about as far from mint as you can get.

I recently saw a Ding-Dong box fetch $400+ on eBay.
Lighten the pics, and list it.

I just went and looked at (closed out) 1940's wheaties boxes listings... He needs to list it! If it was mine, after what I just saw (some raggity looking 1940's wheaties boxes brought $100 and UP) I'd list it!!!

The only date I can find is on the bottom of the box, where it states "This new package adopted in 1936". I don't think that is the date of the box though. Thank you all so much for the input. I have had this box for some time and have debated on whether or not to list it because of the shape it is in. When I get it listed I'll let you know the results. Thanks Again!!!!!!!
