Have a bidder that paid "too much" for an item, recieved item and posted psitive. Next she emails to say she wasn't happy with item and wants to return...never mind about not asking questions prior to bidding and this person is not a newbie. A case of buyers remorse?? Please help

What do your TOS say about returns? (BTW, if you don't have a return policy in your TOS, you might want to seriously consider putting one in just for situations such as this).
If you choose not to let her return it, politely but firmly state that your policy is no returns.
If you choose to let her return it, you can (assuming there is still time to do so), file for your FVF w/ebay using the "buyer/seller agree not to continue" reason. This gets you an immediate credit on FVF.
If you wish (and this is solely YOUR choice), you can choose to refund her less your listing fee, PayPal or BillPoint fees and shipping fees. Again, your decision as to how much you'll refund in this case.
Some sellers allow no returns for any reason, others allow returns for damage, and a few allow returns for "buyers remorse". Each seller has to make their own decisions about whether or not they allow returns.
Probably one of the hardest decisions sellers have to face in the course of doing business.
