A buyer had not paid for an auction. I checked their feedback and they are now NARU-didn't pay for lots of others, either.

Question is, do I still have to wait the 10 days after filing a NPB to get my fees back and relist?

I don't know the answer either but you have come to the place with the most knowledgeable posters. This is a great message center made possible by all of you that know quite a lot of valuable information.
Thanks..........

There was an announcement a while back that they were going to do away with the 10-day wait if the person was NARU'd. I don't know if they have implemented it yet, however. Wouldn't hurt to try - if you have to wait, it'll tell ya.

I did a non bidder request on a NARU yesterday and after I completed it the credit request screen automatically appeared. You don't wait 10 days anymore.
