A great majority of folks purchase locally from PC builders, or super centers such as Comp USA, Office Max, Office Depot, Computer City, Staples, BJ's, Sams Club, Costco's, etc., etc., etc.
The idea is to keep the sale IN the state,
and also help to make it more affordable.
I happen to applaud the state of Pennsylvania for being Tech-Friendly.

I wish governor Ridge would lower our income taxes and other taxes, or maybe I'll do like everyone else and move away to Florida or North Carolina!!!! Most of the factories and jobs are moving to Mexico faster than you can say "NAFTA or bust"
