Safe Harbor came through for me today too...but unrelated to a transaction involving me.
I was checking feedback that a seller had left for others (I had just received an item from this seller and discovered he was NARU) so was naturally curious. He had left a feedback for another buyer which directed viewers to go to something like www.deadbeat.com (not the real URL moderators so don't worry).
Being the naturally curious (nosy?) person that I am, I checked the site out and BOOM got a banner saying "you fool I just inserted a worm in your PC" and my PC promptly crashed. No permanent damage but it ticked me off so I reported it to Safe Harbor and SH removed the feedback.
So once in awhile eBay does something right!
