One of my bidders and I just mutually agreed to cancel a transaction, and I want to request a refund of my FVF fees. I went to the FVF refund request page, but I don't see any way to do it without it reflecting negatively on the bidder.
I thought I remembered there being a way to do this so the bidder doesn't get warned -- have they changed that? Or does that come on the next screen?

It comes on the next screen. Just did it yesterday, but I sent the buyer an email first and explained what I was doing.
