Hi again!
This is probably be a stupid ? but here goes......We are just getting set up with clickstamp from Pitney-Bowes.
We printed the test envelopes and we went to print a label and noticed that the pitney bowes logo on the label was black....on the screen it shows it as being red......We color ink cartridge is out of ink,but our question is....Does that logo have to be red when you print out your labels? If it is in Black,does it screw something up with the post office?
Like I said...Hope this doesn't sound like to dumb of a question.
