Just wondering, is summer clothing sales pretty much over? I have alot of kids summer clothing listed and very little has sold. Is it time to start listing back to school clothing and fall/winter items? If not then when is the best time to start listing the later items? Thanks Fluffy

You should list a few summer type items. Many people (including myself) live in warm climates and wear summer type clothing well into October.
For maximum profit, start listing your summer stuff beginning in March--before spring break.

I agree with Cassiescloset.
When we lived in Miami I used to hate back-to-school shopping because everything was hot looking & feeling. The stores like Burdines would have the same items for b-t-s
that northern places would. I am sure it was because that was the only thing available.
I can remember being relieved when the resort wear came out in the winter, because we would have something to choose from.
I would have loved to have been able to purchase from the internet.
Maybe you could aim your summer clothes for the hotter states? You might mention that the sundress or light shirt would be great for those Miami or ____ school-bound kids. They would have something new, but wouldn't have to swelter in typical bts clothes. You could work something up in the title, assuming the clothing items are appropriate for school!

Agree! Those of us in South Florida wear shorts and short sleeved shirts almost all year round. My kids won't want to wear their jeans & long sleeved stuff until at least December and that'll be ONLY IF we get a cold snap!

I have had good luck listing the same types of styles at the same times as the department stores. Summer clothes in the Spring, Fall clothes next month for back to school, winter coats in October.
