I have a really dumb question. I wanted to BIN on an auction, so I clicked on it, and the regular bid screen came up. I placed the bid, and now I am high bidder, but the auction didnt' close. What happened?

did you use the bin button on the top left or the one on the bottom right? shouldn't make a difference, but i read here about someone else having the same problem. late last night i bought something with a bin using the button on the bottom right and it worked just fine. unless something's gone wonky today.

If your bid is the BIN, just contact the bidder and ask him to stop the auction, he can do it without cancelling your bid, and sell it to you for that price.
