Well folks,
I was suspended again for the same deal I was suspened for two other times for and cleared, and re-instated. I save most of those e-mails and all that information. I contacted e-bay and they are looking into this problem I have of getting suspended.

I had well over 20K listed and bids of so far. My ebaY bill is 1200 to 1400 a month and I get treated like and roach.

I contacted ebaY yesterday about retailiation NEG feedback and, BOOM! today I am dead! Looks to me as if you bug ebaY you get suspended, what else can this be?

Will this be the time nobody at ebaY remembers me? third time Im out or third time will be a charm?

I am going to have a heart attack!

So how come you were suspended the first time - did you ever learn why?

I was linked to an old eBay ID from about 5 years ago, then cleared of it and it happens over and over. I know one person who writes eBay daily to try to boot me. I have many people watch me - some are not happy with my winning auction styles.....

Okay, why can someone KEEP getting you suspended, when I turn in someone for selling photocopies (aluded to in the description) and they wont do a darn thing about it? (And they can even check his huge negative feedback).

Or why won't ebay listen when I was defauded by someone using a "stock" picture to sell stuff that was rusted, dented and missing parts and claim that I shouldn't expect to get what's in the picture ("the kitchen sink in the background wasn't in the package--you unhapp about THAT too??"

Who do I need to talk to on eBay to get people booted for legitimate defauding?

you can try the numbers below.

I have also reported a person who frames pages from a book and says they are Dali lithographs. My problem (from what I was told thus far) this person who has the framed Dali pages is the one e-mailing them daily about me!
I have been suspended and re-instated three times for the same thing cleared!
SO, what I think happens is the e-mail can be read by a new person at ebay or someone with a lot of time and takes action to suspend my account.........
REAL funny thing here is I cought this dali faker and reported him for schilling and he was suspended for 3 weeks!! three weeks for a $500 shill! What is going on here is right on!

We should have a FLOOD mailing.
