Hi!

we use clickstamps from Pitney-Bowes and were using the Avery 8164 Inkjet labels.
i have heard of some of you using less expensive labels....we paid around $10 for only 150 labels...We are looking to purchase a cheaper brand in bigger quantity.
Anyone gettin a good deal on the somewhere?
These measure 3 1/3 x 4"...But I'm sure we could go a bit smaller...Any opinions appreciated,Thanx!

At OfficeMax they now carry their own brand of inkjet labels (among other things) that are comparable in quality to Avery. You can save a few dollars by switching to the OfficeMax brand.

I have brand new box of 100 sheets that I have left over from Click Stamp. 600 lbls total. They are Generic but work good. I used 2 boxes prior to this one.

Don't think AW wants me to sell them to you here but if I got an e-mail ....

I have seen gflabels.com recommended several times on this board. Not tried them myself (yet) but the prices look good.

I buy labels in bulk from gflabels.
Great prices, good quality.

I use that size label with Endicia.com and buy in large quantities from data-labels.com but use the same name on ebay and you'll find much better prices there. The last group I purchased was 3000 for just under $30. I'm very happy with their labels. They arrived very well packaged, unlike other labels I've bought on ebay, and they work great in my printer.

When looking at their auctions, see the 5164 items.

If you don't need that kind of quantity you'll pay higher prices but 600 labels run about $8.

Hope this helps.

I buy almost all my office supplies from http://www.quill.com. They also have their own brand of labels. They offer free shipping on most orders of $45 or more and, in my case, I don't have to pay sales tax. Since it is a 30 minute drive to the nearest Staples, OfficeMax, Office Depot, I cannot pass up the UPS door delivery. Besides most of those UPS guys look so good in those brown shorts in the summer.

At the stationery store where I work we sell Maaco labels. They have the matching Avery number on the back, so you get the right size, and are definitely cheaper. They can be ordered from most stationery stores, since they are a fairly common brand.
