I've been trying to revise an unbid auction and it takes me to the revision page, but when I click Verify Changes, I get a Page can not be displayed. When I refresh, I get an ebay Input Error.

Any ideas???

If I worked for eBay CS, I'd suggest you try clearing your cache.

Sorry, I have no idea?

I finally learned the trick.

Be very very patient!

Click your revise on the auction. Make your changes WAIT 2-3 MINUTES. Click verify.WAIT 2-3 MINUTES. click submit.

I am serious about the 2-3 minutes nothing less never works for me.

Also if you already attempt to do it and it did not work you will need to clear out your computer ( I shutdown and restart) before it will ever work.

GOOD LUCK!

I agree with RichieRich, that's the only way it works for me! Same thing for relisting.

Peiklk,
Are you still having problems? I'm unable to relist or launch auctions and I'm getting the 'input error' message also. I am able to launch auctions thru AW, though.

I had this problem for months and still do when I use IE. Someone here suggested using Netscape instead and they were right--the revisions go through first time every time. I just did one about five minutes ago. Never a dead link like you get with IE.

Never been a problem with IE here until a couple of days ago.

The problem isn't worth installing that Netscape garbage on my machine.
