Yep, I use the Priority Labels with DC all the time now - but in order to fit them all on one label you have to use the older, longer Priority Labels - the #228 July 1996 ones.
I had a hard time setting mine up too - but I wrote to Customer Support and they walked me through it and didn't stop until they got it working for me!
Just write to them if you have problems, they'll set you up. Their CS is incredible!
And if you just need to figure out how to get the DC to print - go to Postage >>> Options >>>> and click the Delivery Confirmation box....

Sorry, that doesn't help.
I have been able to get the printer setup as indicated. I have been able to turn on DC, just not able to get it to print on the current Priority Mail label.
Regardless, I now have some labels that will work and am trying to set up my own layout.
The software keeps forcing the postage area to the middle of the label (top, middle, bottom) and to the rightside. How can I move this around myself???

Click-and-drag the various items (return address, dc, whatever) to where you want it. Then you have to save that layout under a name you make up.
Right now, you're probably using one of the 'standard' layouts which is why it keeps putting it in certain places.

This thread brought up one more question I have before I sign up tomorrow. Does the program give you a sample (test) print prior to actually printing out the postage, or do you need to just say a little prayer prior to printing?

Yes, there is a Print Test button on the printing screen which will allow you to do placement testing without any problems. It will also have you run a print test the first time you use a printer to make sure you have things configured correctly. It first asks how the paper is loaded (face up/down, left/right/center etc.) and then prints a series of letters on your test sheet/envelope and you tell it what letters are showing or in the correct position.
