Hi:
Can someone Please tell me the User ID the P.O. uses to sell on Ebay?
Thank You in advance for any replies!

How about a link?

http://members.ebay.com/aboutme/usps-mrc-books/

They actually have more than one ID, but you'll find them all there.

Kinda ironic... on several of their auctions, they recommend Yellow Freight...

Check out their negs at vrane.com and what the buyers had to say about the poor service!

I will never buy from them. No one person is held accountable for any shipping problems. Some clerks don't care whether or not if the package is not packed or shipped properly.

It blows me away how many people bid on their auctions. Here we have 3 misc cookbooks, no title, picture doesn't help, condition unknown, shipping is high, yet they still bid. Why??

Once burnt, I don't bid on a seller's item if they have more than two negs. No matter who or what they are.

The post office is also NOT charging sales tax on these consumer items.

quickdraw29, an excellent question. Just another attribute of the weird world of eBay. My only guess is that people assume these items must somehow be "better" since the post office is selling them. Or perhaps they think the post office is more reputable than the average eBay seller.

I particularly love the bulk CD auctions. Their listing says randomly selected and in random condition. I could put a box of 100 up, same wording & parameters and it might sell for $75 if I was lucky. The PO auctions for the exact same thing go for $300 and more. Go figure!
