how do I go about buying stuff cheap and then selling on ebay? Like that guy selling Ginsu knives....please tell me so that I can also make an ebay living..

Start searching yahoo for wholesale sources or closeout sources. Or buy one of those information CDs off of eBay. Find something you think will sell, buy a minimum quantity, and see how it does. Repeat as many times as needed until you find something that people want that makes money.
With all due respect, many people here have invested a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in their eBay business and are not just going to hand over all their specific knowledge to others.
PS: I would not recommend you go with the Ginsu 2000 as your breakout item.
