I posted several auctions this weekend and none of them show the little green camera icon. They all have pictures and they show up in the auction with no problem. I did a quick check of other auctions that don't have the camera icon, and many of them have pictures too. Does any one have any ideas why this isn't showing up? Is there something I am now missing when I list my auctions? I use html from my own web site so I don't use any hosting services for my pictures. I posted this question over on ebay but haven't heard anything yet.

Do you post your auctions directly through Ebay? If so, are your pics in your description, or are they loaded through the pic section of Ebay? Ebay will only notice a photo if it is loaded through them. If you have it directly loaded through your description using HTML, it won't recognise it. What you will need to do in this case is make up an invisible pic and insert it through Ebay as if you were using their service.

you have to list at least one picture in the space that says item picture url
I use a link to GIF on every auction that brings up the icon then I post the pictures when I get around to it
