What is the best site for storing my photos to use on Ebay?
Also . . . if I use Mr. Lister (which I have not yet) can I just download pics from my hard drive to use with Mr. Lister or is it better to use the hosting site?

Hi jeff,
Most IPS services give you anywhere from 5 to 10MG's to make your own web page.
Get yourself a good ftp program and upload your pics to the site your IPS provides.
Then use that address in the picture url box in MrLister and that should do it.
For instant my IPS provider is globalccs.net
so my address for my pics would be
www.globalccs.net/~username/picname.JPG
or something along those lines. You can also call your provider and ask them.
Once you get onto it, it is real easy and your not haveing to pay for a 3rd party service.

Keep in mind when selecting a host site that the speed and reliablity of the host servers will very considerably. Think of those auctions where you wait and wait and wait for pics to load or have broken links to pics. I am currently using Auctiva, but I think that any of the commercial auction services help by making things like picture hosting a no brainer.

ISP's are good if your needs are small 5 megs usually (Good for about 50-100 pictures depending on size)
There are some companies out there that are relatively inexpensive, I just recommended one to a client (I use them myself for virtual server hosting) for for a standalone web account, they charge $7 per month, and that includes 40 megs of server space.

Where do I get a good, free ftp? And how do I use it? I'm trying to upload my images somewhere, so I don't constantly have to move them.

I use FTP Explorer -- I don't remember where I got it, but it was probably somewhere like twocows.com or one of the other shareware sites. I think it's a free program. It's pretty simple -- once you set it up to connect to your ftp location, you just drag and drop your files into it.
