I sold item, went to pack it, dropped and broke it. I let the winner know, and they want there money back, which I agree with. My question is will ebay give me back FVF. I am just wondering, and it probably isn't possible or worth the trouble. Thanks for your help.

yep, there are refunds on returns

In fact, if you use the "buyer/seller agree not to continue" reason, you'll get your money back immediately.

But, be sure and advise the buyer what reason you are using & that they'll get an email from ebay about it so they aren't caught off guard & think they will fall under the 3 NPBs and out rule (they won't).
