Better than a negative (which I have none yet) Here's the story - Sold 2 similar items, and accidently shipped them to the wrong people. One item was about $10 more than the other. I offered either to make up the difference in price, or offer a full refund. The bidder seems satisfied, and praised me for my policy, but said he would leave a neutral feedback as negative was not warranted, and neither was positive. I understand that, but would have preferred no feedback at all. After all, it was a mistake, and I am making good on it.
Well, the good news is that he said he would only say positive things in the neutral feedback. Go figure!
