I placed the starting bid on one of my auctions way to high. Is there anyway to revise it. Or should I just wait for the auction to be over and relist at the correct starting bid?

I believe you have to wait.

Or, you could end it early. You still get the "relist is free if it sells the second time around" option.

Might as well end it now if you dont think you will get the bid you started it at...

I went ahead and ended the auction early.

Problem is its still showing as active in AW.

Is this a known issue?

you can't change anything that relates to ebay fees (opening bid,reserve 10 day auction gallery,ect ect )once the auction is listed.
so your chices are to let it run its course or end and relist.
I would let it run it's course who knows maybee your opening bid wasn't to high and it will sell.

If I knew there was a chance it would stay active I would have let it run its course.

I don't know why it is showing active in AW, but if it is showing as ended in Ebay you can go to Ebay and relist it from the auction page.

You will get the free relist if sells option and all you have to do is click on the relist this auction line from the original auciton page.
